Now that the design and budget are aligned, it is time to bring your vision to life. From here, the construction process begins.
HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN ENJOY MY NEW YARD?
PHASE ONE - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
AFTER OUR DISCOVERY MEETING, DESIGNS CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM AS LITTLE AS A FEW DAYS TO MORE INDEPTH PLANS REQUIRING MULTIPLE ITERATIONS TAKING 2-4 WEEKS
PHASE TWO - FINALIZE DESIGN
ONCE YOUR DESIGN HAS BEEN THROUGHLY THOUGHT OUT AND APPROVED, NEXT STEPS ARE PREPARING PLANS FOR THE CITY, HOA AND LANDSCAPE - TYPICAL TURN AROUND 7-10 DAYS
PHASE THREE - PERMITS & ENGINEERING
PERMITS, ENGINEERING AND HOA APPROVAL CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 6-8 WEEKS DEPENDING ON SCOPE AND JURIDSTICTION
PHASE FOUR - EXCAVATION AND BUILD
EXCAVATION TYPICALLY RANGES FROM 2 TO 4 DAYS FOR MOST RESIDENCES - ONCE COMPLETED, MOST PROJECTS CAN EXPECT 12-14 WEEKS UNTIL COMPLETION, INCLUDING LANDSCAPING AND PERGOLA STRUCTURES. MEDIA WALLS AND CUSTOM KITCHEN ISLAND MAY VARY.
